Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with Implementation Manager, carrying out a wide range of app-related to-do items
- High level content proofing: conduct quality check within apps, focusing on content accuracy
- Editing, uploading, and populating app content for multiple client app builds in parallel
- Communicating effectively with First Responder clients in virtual meetings
- Assist Implementation Manager with developer account troubleshooting
- Backend populating and submitting apps with technical deliverables tied to app submission (we will train you)
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team
- Must be collaborative and have a positive attitude
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Relentless attention to detail
- Basic graphic editing and Photoshop skills a plus
- Ability to learn software packages quickly
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in Wrike a plus
- Experience in managing Teams Meetings a plus
- Experience with HTML a plus
