Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, production, evaluation and monitoring of the relevant new and existing exception reports, including strategies and the upkeep of relevant documentation
• Produce both regular and ad-hoc reports to enable the evaluation and monitoring of the Intelligence Unit strategies ensuring all reports are accurate through thorough checking and validation
• Effectively communicate with department members on all levels and establish relationships with other business areas when necessary
• Identifying and providing innovative solutions to emerging risks, missed opportunities and complex issues
• Help protect the business from any insider fraud or abuse by creating reports, investigating and providing key MI
• Using current tools and seeking new tools to investigate and identify criminals, using social media and free available open source products to get one step closer to these individuals.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the security team on investigations when required
• Provision of accurately & timely information to support internal and external investigations
• Communicate to the wider function on findings within trends and patterns ensuring the business is aware of current events.
