Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join a high performing team that’s responsible for growing our committed giving supporter base to enable us to continue preventing cruelty, promoting kindness and alleviating suffering of all animals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing donor acquisition campaigns to attract and retain our extensive RSPCA supporter base
• Coaching, developing and managing the performance of two Marketing Executives
• Managing multiple agency and external supplier relationships from point of contract, ensuring compliance with agreed RSPCA fundraising guidelines
• Monitoring and communicating campaign performance in-line with plans/against objectives, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to budget
• Identifying new opportunities for growth and making recommendations on their implementation
• Keeping abreast of industry news and developments and ensuring all knowledge is shared with donor recruitment and donor development teams.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 A*-C GCSE/CSES (Including English and Mathematics) or equivalent
• Extensive knowledge of digital fundraising
• Direct marketing experience
• Experience of managing and analysing income and expenditure
• Proven project/campaign management skills
• Relationship/supplier management experience
• Highly numerate and comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and digital KPIs
• Strong ability to multi-task on-going campaigns
